technology controls helpful concierge great service
the room had advanced technology controls via a panel. abdul, the concierge, was very helpful. abhay and krish from the front office also provided great service.
the breakfast lacked variety and primarily featured indian cuisine.

coffee selection spacious room
The breakfast buffet had a good selection. I liked the ice coffee. The rooms were spacious. and the location was convenient.
The dark mirrors in the room made it hard to see, in the bathroom. They were small and far from the sink.

The room was spacious. it had a lovely in-room bath, which i appreciated. the bed was big and comfortable, and i found the bathtub cool. i also enjoyed the rooftop view. It was amazing.
i found the breakfast quite basic. it felt more geared towards indian cuisine than international options. the variety was limited, especially for someone expecting a 5-star experience. also, the juice tasted like it came from a powder mix, something i didn't expect.

warm welcome responsive team clean rooms same breakfast city access full parking
the staff gave such a warm welcome. i was really happy with everything. the team was supportive and very responsive to any need, we found it endearing. i adored how clean the rooms were. the corridors sparkled and even the elevators were pristine!
The breakfast was not good. It was literally the same every day. they didn't change anything about it. getting to the city was a disaster. i felt completely stuck at any time of day. the parking lot was often full, and the pool was unusable.

fine cleaning amazing location little choice long wait
The room was nice, and it had fine cleaning. Aymen was very nice too. Location is amazing.
The breakfast had little choice. The person who placed us at the reception was aggressive. There was not enough staff at breakfast during the rush. The wait was long.

The pillows were awful. I barely slept and woke up with a stiff neck. The view from my window faced a parking lot, not ideal (not very romantic.).
